Keep the administration around the community’s work.
The council or committee considers the building, the finances and the life of the faith community. Quorate keeps its papers, recorded decisions and next steps together, alongside the registers appropriate to its organisation type.
Minutes and resolutions
Record attendance, resolutions and votes during the council meeting; draft minutes come from the record, not from retyped notes.
The next steps stay connected
Create actions with their source decision, owner and due date. Eligible overdue or undated open actions return when the next agenda is assembled.
Share what serves your community
Members prepare through their portal. The organisation chooses which permitted open records to publish; sensitive pastoral or confidential material is not part of a general public-meeting story.
The records around the meeting
Keep records and review deadlines for the governance your constitution requires alongside the meeting work. Your team checks the source information and completes the required submissions.
A place for members to prepare
Church Council Member papers, personal item notes and meeting information are available in the member portal. Access to confidential material follows current permissions.
Your organisation’s starting point.
