The product

The work behind a well-run organisation.

When the hall roof comes before the board, Quorate keeps the work behind it connected to the papers members read, the decision they record and the actions that follow.

Follow Meadowscroft Community Trust through the same business: preparing a meeting, reading the papers and sharing the approved record.

The product scenes use a synthetic organisation and example records.

Preparation starts with work already recorded.

Assemble an agenda from your template, eligible open actions, pending committee referrals and policy or risk reviews that are due. The person preparing the meeting checks the result and adds the papers.

During the meeting, people record motions, votes, declarations and decisions. Those records feed draft minutes for human review and approval, with actions assigned for follow-through.

Member portal

The papers belong with the people making the decision.

A Meadowscroft trustee opens the meeting papers before the discussion about the hall roof. Members see their meetings, agenda and pack readiness, keep personal item notes and submit apologies in their own portal.

The responsive view keeps that preparation within reach on a phone. Assigned actions and their decision links give members a way back to what they agreed.

Public portal

A clear record of what you choose to publish.

The hall roof decision has a public record when the organisation publishes it. Visitors read the permitted agendas, minutes, decisions and documents on your branded portal without signing in.

Publication is a deliberate step. Drafts and confidential Part 2 material stay outside the public view. Your sector and publication settings determine what is available.

Use your Quorate subdomain, or your own domain on request.
