Case studies

No case studies yet — on purpose.

Quorate is new. We will publish named case studies when organisations have used it for a full cycle and agree to be quoted. Until then, here is what a meeting cycle looks like in the product, sector by sector.

How it is used

Walk-throughs of the product, not customer results.

Local government · Parish council

A clerk’s month, from agenda to AGAR

The clerk builds the agenda from the last meeting’s carried-forward actions, attaches reports with page ranges and generates the full and public packs. In the meeting, attendance, motions, votes and declarations are recorded live; afterwards the draft minutes go to the chair for review and the decisions publish to the council’s portal. The AGAR dashboard shows which Section 1 assertions are met and why the others are not yet.

Education · School governing body

A governance professional serving three boards

One sign-in, three boards. Each board’s meetings, declarations of interest and governor training records are kept separately; safeguarding logs and DBS renewal reminders sit alongside. When the trust board asks for attendance and decisions, they come from the record rather than a spreadsheet.

Community · Village hall committee

A village hall committee’s trustee year

The secretary runs quarterly trustee meetings and the AGM in Quorate. Conflicts of interest are declared in the meeting, the risk register is reviewed on its schedule, trustee terms are tracked, and annual-return deadlines are tracked.
